While searching for a new microwave, I stumbled upon Utek appliances online. I spotted a microwave that caught my eye on their website and decided to place an order with standard shipping. Just a few days later, the microwave arrived, and I must say, it was packed really well and labeled as fragile.

Awesome deal! Delivery was quick and on point. The item showed up a day ahead of when I thought it would.

This kettle is priced well and fits right in with my other kitchen stuff. So far, the product appears to be solid. Delivery was fast and hassle-free. No problems at all!

I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, but this time I felt I had to. A MONTH before Christmas, I ordered 3 AirPods as gifts for my family. The website claimed the items were in stock and promised next-day shipping. Five days passed with no shipping info, no products, and no updates whatsoever. So, I reached out via email to check on my order, and only then did they inform me that the AirPods were never actually available. They said they’d process a refund, which I should see in 3-5 days. Another 5 days went by, and still nothing. I had to open a case with PayPal to sort this out, and they didn’t even respond to them, making me wait even longer for my money back. Finally, I got my refund on December 18th. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE, and if you must buy, do it through PayPal.

I ordered a Zanussi Dehumidifier through Amazon from Utek Appliance on November 27, 2022, and was told it would arrive between December 5 and 7, 2022. On the last day, December 7, I got an email from them saying there was no update from DPD (the delivery service), and they thought my order got lost in transit. They didn’t have any replacements available, so they could only offer a refund. I really wonder if they were taking orders when they had no stock left. I needed that dehumidifier, but I only found out it wasn’t coming after waiting over a week! Seriously, think twice before ordering from this company.

I had a fantastic time dealing with Utek Appliances. The delivery was speedy, and my ovens showed up in flawless shape.

Awesome product, excellent price, and the folks on the webchat were super helpful. The delivery driver was top-notch too.

Now, the payment system? It doesn’t play nice with Chase banking. Instead of just saying that, it either clears your basket or throws some odd authorization errors based on your browser or device. I spent a couple of frustrating days trying to sort that out and emailing for help, but didn’t get much. However, once I hopped on the webchat, they quickly let me know I needed a different payment method, and then it went through without a hitch.

There was a slight delay with the delivery, but they kept me in the loop via email. I did have to follow up after about a week to see what was up, but I got a callback almost right away, and the estimated time of arrival they provided was spot on.

All in all, I’d recommend this place. Just maybe check the delivery ETA first if you’re in a hurry for the item! :)

The quick shipping, from the moment I confirmed my order to when I got the package at my doorstep ... just 2 days!! Plus, I was updated about the delivery schedule, and it was spot on. The product was nicely packed, and the packaging was in excellent shape when it showed up.

I ordered a couple of microwaves on Wednesday afternoon. They showed up Thursday morning. Really great service and a solid price as well!

Awesome company to work with. They boast one of the finest tracking systems we've come across. We were able to follow their driver in real-time as he made his way from the North to the South West to drop off our washing machine. Even after that long haul, the driver was more than happy to assist in getting the washing machine into my kitchen. Truly outstanding service.

Fantastic deal, awesome product. It really does a great job cleaning, and the bagless feature is super easy to empty and maintain. The accessories are thoughtfully designed. It uses power efficiently but still has strong suction. Utek offered the lowest price for this item. Communication from Utek was excellent.

I got myself an electric blanket from Utek Appliances, but sadly it turned out to be defective. They were incredibly supportive, and sending it back was a breeze. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from this company again and would definitely suggest them to others.

The customer support is just awful. They shipped the wrong product, assuming I wouldn’t notice it wasn’t what I ordered. Now I have to deal with the hassle of returning it to get the right item. I’m definitely not shopping here again. It feels like they think customers won’t catch on to their mistakes.
